Incentivio Integration Features

Incentivio provides online ordering, loyalty, gift card, and marketing/CRM integration for Toast customers looking to grow their digital guest experience. Leveraging Toast’s menu, orders, and credit card data, Incentivio allows customers to white label their mobile app and online ordering, unlock advanced menu management, issue loyalty incentives and gift cards, run data-driven marketing campaigns, and utilize dynamic insights to better understand their guest segmentations.

Enable the Incentivio Integration With Toast

To enable the Incentivio integration with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter Incentivio in the search field and select Add Now.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. For more information, see the Data Scope Visibility article. If you have multiple locations, select a location from the drop-down menu.

Once completed, Incentivio’s Support/Onboarding team will schedule a kickoff call and start the implementation process. The onboarding and setup process is usually completed within four to six weeks and may vary depending on your requirements.

Configure the Incentivio Loyalty/Gift Card Integration in Toast Web

Configure the Incentivio Online Ordering Integration in Toast Web

In order to complete the Incentivio Online Ordering integration, you will need to configure your Other Payment Option and Takeout/Pickup and Delivery dining options in Toast Web using the naming convention indicated below:
