Access Delivery 2.0 Live Map

Discover how to use the Live Delivery Map Feature on the Toast POS.

Access the Delivery Screen on Toast POS

On the Toast POS, the Delivery Screen includes the Live Map Feature. This allows you to see orders listed on the left side and a map of those orders within your delivery area on the right side. To access this feature, use the following workflow:

  1. While in the Toast POS, select the back arrow in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. From the Main Menu Dashboard, select Delivery.

  3. Once on the Delivery Screen, orders are listed on the left side of the screen and a map of those orders within your delivery area will be on the right side. On this map your restaurant is represented by a red star.

Interact with the Map

Once on the Delivery Screen, your restaurant is represented by a red star and the order addresses are marked by blue pins.

To see a specific order, select the order on either the list on the left side or on the map. From here, multiple orders can also be selected by selecting one after the other. An order can be unselected by selecting it again.

To zoom in or out on the map, simply pinch the screen and drag. In the following example, two orders have been zoomed in.

If you need to change your delivery area, navigate to the Takeout / Delivery section under the Other Setup of Toast Web. Once there, navigate to the Delivery Area header to reset your delivery area or map location.
