How can I schedule content on the Engage platform?


Answer

Scheduling your content ensures the right message displays at the right time. Before you begin, please ensure you have already uploaded your media and created a playlist.

  1. Open the Scheduler

    1. From the Home screen, locate the specific player you wish to update.

      Select a player



    2. On the right-hand side, find the Scheduling panel.

    3. Right-click anywhere within the panel and select either:

      • Newto create a fresh schedule or

      • Editto adjust an existing one.

  2. Choose Your Playlist

    1. In the configuration window, select the Playlist drop-down box.

    2. Select the playlist you want to assign to this player.

  3. Set the Duration

    1. Define when your content should run by setting the Start and End times.

    2. Note: If you want this content to play 24/7 without an expiration date, select the Everlasting option.

  4. Duplicate Across Multiple Days

    • To save time, you can quickly copy your schedule to a broader date range:

      1. Right-click the Scheduling menu options button and select Duplicate.

      2. Choose the Current day as your source.

      3. Specify your desired From and To dates.

      4. Select OK and wait for the confirmation message to clear.

Note: To ensure system stability, avoid duplicating a schedule for longer than two years at a time. Setting ranges longer than this can significantly increase processing time.
