Curate Integration Features
Curate provides a simplified all-in-one ordering, loyalty, and analytics solution for restaurants, handling everything from advanced QR code self-ordering at the table to online pick-up and delivery, all with zero commission fees. Curate takes advantage of a new technology called Instant Apps, which for the first time will allow customers to use your restaurant’s app without needing to download or install anything at all, vastly boosting customer engagement and driving unmatched customer loyalty and insights.
No additional hardware or changes to normal operating flow are necessary to use the Curate platform
With Instant Apps, customers have the option to seamlessly transition to the full version of your restaurant's app with a single click
Provides restaurant operators with detailed insights into customer behaviors throughout menus, from customer taste profiles to menu and pricing optimization, AI upselling, improved targeted marketing, and much more
Enable the Curate Integration With Toast
To enable Curate with Toast, log into Toast Web and navigate to Integrations > Integrations management > Browse & purchase integrations.
Enter Curate in the search field and select Add Now.
Note: Your restaurant must have access to Toast Partner Integrations to add this integration. To learn more, see Set Up Toast Partner Integrations.
Review the data scope visibility terms and conditions and select Confirm to accept. See the Data Scope Visibility article for more information.
Once completed, you will receive a call from the Curate Sales team.
Onboard With Curate
Curate's team will work directly with you to set up and configure this integration to ensure that menus and settings work to specification within Curate and Toast.
Configure the Curate Loyalty Integration in Toast Web
In order to complete the Curate Loyalty integration, you will need to enable your Loyalty settings in Toast Web by following the steps indicated here: Get Started With Gift Card and Loyalty Partner Integrations.
