What do I do if the save button is grayed out in Toast Web and I can't click on it?
Answer
You can follow these troubleshooting steps:
First, try logging out of Toast Web and back in again.
Clear your browser history, including cookies and cache.
Google Chrome: Clear cache and cookies (external link)
Firefox: Clear cache and clear cookies (external links)
Microsoft Edge: Clear cache and cookies (external link)
Try launching Toast Web in "Incognito mode" on your browser.
Switch to another web browser. Please see Supported Web Browsers for Toast Web to view the list of Toast recommended web browsers.
