What do I do if the save button is grayed out in Toast Web and I can't click on it?

You can follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. First, try logging out of Toast Web and back in again.

  2. Clear your browser history, including cookies and cache.

    3. Microsoft Edge: Clear cache and cookies (external link)

  3. Try launching Toast Web in "Incognito mode" on your browser.
