How is turn time calculated?
Answer
In Toast reporting, turn time is calculated based on when a check is opened (by adding an item to a check) until the check is paid and $0 balance is due.
It doesn't include time taken to enter a tip, or the amount of time someone may sit before ordering or after paying.
