Why isn't my account access working for certain locations or groups?

If you previously had access to specific locations or groups for your restaurant but you no longer have access, it most likely means that your employee account was archived by another user at your restaurant. If this is the case, you'll need another user at your restaurant with proper permissions who can unarchive you (such as another manager or owner). For security reasons, Toast is unable to edit permissions or reinstate an account on your behalf unless you are marked as the owner of the account.
If you've never had access to a restaurant location and you're trying to clock-in there, speak to your manager about your restaurant access. They can navigate to your Toast Web profile and give you access to that location. They may also need to enable permissions at that location. See more in Assign Employees to Multiple Locations.
This could also be the result of leaving your Toast Web tab open for an extended amount of time. An easy fix is to close the tab, clear your browsing history (Chrome), and log into Toast Web from scratch.
