Where can I track my guests' rewards points usage?


Answer

Here are the two ways that you can track your guests’ reward points usage:

  • By looking up your guests’ rewards account

    • If you wish to look up a specific guest's rewards account, you can do so by using the search bar. Enter your guest's information in the search bar and press "Enter". Select your guest's account to open the Card Details page. Your guest's total rewards points earned and current balance will be displayed under the Card Info section. Select the Rewards tab to view the details of their rewards account transactions.

  • By downloading the Rewards accounts report

    • If you want to track your guests’ total number of accrued and redeemed rewards transactions and total points, you can download the Rewards accounts report to view this information.

    • To download this report, follow these steps:

      1. In Toast Web, navigate to Reports > Marketing > Rewards accounts.

      2. Under the Rewards Accounts page, you can use any of the following options to filter your Rewards accounts report's resulting data.

        1. Filter by date or location by using the filters as shown below. Once filters are selected, select the Update button.

        2. Select from any of the following preset filter options:

          1. Show all loyalty accounts

          2. Use the date picker to show only loyalty accounts with transactions within the specified date range.

      3. Note: You must select the Update button for the changes to take effect.

      4. Then, download your report by selecting the download (down arrow) icon.
