Where can I view details for cases I have with Customer Care and reply to comments directly?
Answer
You can view both historical and active cases you’ve opened with Customer Care directly in Support Center in Toast Web.
Navigate to Toast Web
If you’re not already logged in, select the Log in button in the top right corner.
Log in with your Toast Web credentials.
In the left rail, select Support Center.
To view a list of your cases, you can either select My cases or Case portal.
You can select any case to view the respective case in detail. Here you can reply or add attachments to open cases directly.
