In Toast Web, navigate to Takeout & delivery > Availability > Takeout/delivery, and scroll down to the Receipt Printing section.

To stop receipts from printing, make sure that both Merchant Copy and Customer Copy are deselected for the Payment Receipts setting.

Save and publish your changes.
