Where in Toast Now can I see the average time it takes to fulfill a check/ticket?
Answer
This feature is not available in Toast Now at the moment. However, you can view this information directly in Toast Web by following this navigation path: from the left-hand side panel, select Reports > Kitchen Operations > select Tickets by Hour tab > scroll down to Average Fulfillment Time.
Alternatively, you can view the average fulfillment timer in the top-left corner of the KDS expediter or prep station screen.
