To add contact terms to a Catering & event estimate, follow these steps:

  1. Log into Toast Web and navigate to Catering & events > Orders.

    1. If you want to create a new order and add contract terms, select the Create order button. Then, choose Catering.

    2. If you wish to add contract terms to an existing order that is in "Draft" status, select the order from the list.

  2. From the order creation page, scroll down to the Estimate & contract section.

  3. Check the Add contract terms checkbox.

    1. If you wish to require a signature for your contract, select the"Require signature" checkbox and enter your contract terms.

  4. Review the contract, and once you're ready to send it, select Send estimate.
