How do I manage and update financial contact email addresses in my Toast account?

The financial contact email can be updated on the Communication preferences page in Toast Web (Toast account > Notifications & alerts > Communication preferences). Learn more here: Optimize Communication Preferences.
If you are unable to update the email address yourself, contact the Toast support team. Be prepared to complete an identity verification process to authorize the change.
Location-Specific Updates
If your business operates across multiple locations, you can set distinct financial contact email addresses for each location. Provide the appropriate email for each site, and the system will apply updates accordingly.
