To enable or disable guest feedback surveys on digital receipts, follow the steps below. Note: After you save and publish, guest feedback changes appear on digital, online, and text receipts.
Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Guests > Settings > Guest feedback settings.
Here you can:
Enable or disable guest feedback surveys.
Enable or disable feedback on text and email receipts.
Save and publish your changes.
