Why are some sales missing from my Shift Review?
How do I get my Shift Review to show all sales for tip sharing?
Answer
The Shift Review shows sales data based on the sales category assigned to your menus and items. If you're missing certain sales on the Shift Review (for example, if you see food sales but no alcohol sales), you can use the Advanced Properties page in Toast Web to ensure that sales categories are assigned to all parts of your menu.
