Why am I still receiving online orders if my restaurant closed?

Answer

You'll need to manually turn off online ordering if your restaurant has closed for the day (or permanently) to stop orders from coming in. You can do this in Toast Web by navigating to Takeout & delivery > Toast online ordering > select the Ordering On dropdown and change to Off. Don't forget to Save and Publish all changes!
