If I accidentally refunded the entire check instead of just the tip amount, can I get a credit for the difference?
Answer
No, refunds cannot be canceled or reversed. Once the money has been refunded to your guest, the guest's card will need to be swiped again or the tender reentered at the terminal to remake the purchase desired. If the guest is unavailable to complete this, and you need to cancel the refund, please contact Customer Care to perform a rekey.
