How can I reprint kitchen tickets for an order that was already sent to the kitchen?

Answer

Reprinting of kitchen tickets for orders coming in from third-party direct integrations is not allowed. For more information, please see the Additional Information section below.

Any user with the 1.1 Table Service Mode or 1.2 Quick Order Mode permission can reprint a kitchen ticket by following these steps:

  1. From the Table Service screen or Quick Order mode, select your desired order.

  2. Select the three-dot overflow menu in the top right corner.

  3. Select Reprint kitchen tickets.


To reprint a ticket for a paid check, you can:

  1. Navigate to the check in question.

  2. Select Update.

  3. Select the three-dot overflow menu in the top right corner.

  4. Select Reprint kitchen tickets.


The kitchen ticket will then be printed at its configured prep station.

Note: If you don't see the option to reprint a kitchen ticket, it may be because:

  • Your device isn't connected to a printer or a prep station and hasn't already printed once

  • It's a scheduled order

  • You don't have the correct user permissions

  • The order came in from a direct integration (see Additional Information below)
