Why does my Toast terminal keep flipping upside-down?

This issue is usually caused by an Android device setting. Follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve it:
Swipe down from the top of your screen and select the gear icon.
Select Display from the Settings menu.
First, check that both Display Size and Font Size are set to Default. When the Display Size or Font Size is turned up, it can cause the device to think that it is a handheld device.
If that doesn't correct the issue, return to the gear icon > Display. You may need to open the Advanced section by selecting it, but you're looking for an option named Auto-rotate screen. Disable this option to prevent the screen from switching its orientation.
Note: If you typically flip your device towards the guest so they can add their signature, tip, and/or rewards, following these instructions will cause the screen to appear upside-down to the guest. Contact Customer Care if this is the case.
