To update a closed check's revenue center, follow these steps:
Log in to Toast Web and navigate to Payments > Transactions & refunds > Find checks & issue refund.
Locate the check by using one of the available search options:
Find by Check Number/Date
Find by ID
Find by Customer Info
Find by Credit Card
Advanced Search
To open the Order Details pop-up window, select the check that you wish to edit.
Next, select the pencil icon next to Revenue Center.
Using the drop-down menu, select a revenue center.
Save and publish your changes.
