If you're having trouble signing in, follow these steps.
Username
Select the Forgot Username link on the TOEFL® Access sign-in page.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Your username will be emailed to that address.
Password
Select the Forgot Password link on the TOEFL Access sign-in page.
Enter your information. There are few options:
If you're an ETS Data Manager user, you may enter your username.
Other users, you may enter your email address.
All users may enter a telephone number.
3. Your username will be to the email address associated with TOEFL Access.
