Why TOEFL Access?

Unlock the full potential of your admissions process with TOEFL Access, designed to provide universities with unparalleled insights and efficiency.

  • Contextualize test-taker performance against peers in similar situations.

  • Access real-time data and analytics for informed decision making.

What to Expect

  • There will be a four-hour period during which you will not have access to either TOEFL Access or EDM TOEFL. We will make every effort to schedule updates outside of normal business hours.

  • Over this four-hour period, you will still be able to use the ETS Data Manager (EDM) for GRE, Online Score Verification System (OSVS), and TOEFL Search Service as usual, at your current levels of access.

First Time Log In

1. Sign in to the ETS Portal using your existing credentials.

2. Select the View TOEFL Data in TOEFL Access button to view your TOEFL Score Data in TOEFL Access.

3. Explore TOEFL Access using the self-guided tour.

Questions? Explore the Help Center, ask Quinn, our AI chatbot, or email the team at help.toeflaccess@ets.org.

PRO TIP: You will still be able to use Online Score Verification System (OSVS), TOEFL Search Service, and EDM GRE (if applicable) via the Institution Portal after migration.
