How to change the email address on your Topstep account

  • If you want to change the email address associated with your Topstep.com account, please review our single account policy highlighted in red on this page. To continue updating your email address, follow the steps listed here to submit your request to the Support Team.

  • Specific details must be included during your chat so we can quickly assist you. Please include your Topstep username and the last 4 digits of the card on file at the end of your chat.


How to change the first or last name on your Topstep account

If you made a slight error or typo with your legal first and last name when creating your account, please reach out to our Trader Support Team so they can assist you. Please do not create a new Topstep profile.


Single Account Policy

Traders are not permitted to have multiple Topstep profiles, and the existence of multiple Topstep accounts for a single user is a violation of our Terms of Use that can potentially result in negative actions such as:

  • Topstep accounts or Trading Combines being closed without warning

  • A temporary or permanent suspension of your accounts

All additional Trading Combine purchases must be done using a single Topstep profile; Do NOT create a new Topstep account when purchasing subsequent Trading Combines. To open more than one Trading Combine, you must do so using the same Topstep profile with the same email address.
