  • Credit/Debit Card on Account:

    • Mandatory: We require a valid card on file for the monthly subscription.

    • Updating Card Information:

      • Log in to the Parent Portal.

      • Navigate to Payment Methods.

      • Enter or update your card details.

    • Automatic Payments:

      • Payments are processed automatically on your billing date.

      • Ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid payment failures.

Note: We do not accept bank transfers or alternative payment methods for monthly subscriptions.
