A: Update your payment information in the Parent Portal or contact us for assistance to avoid lesson interruptions.

Q: Can I change my child's lesson type or duration?

A: Yes, email us to request changes. We'll accommodate based on availability.

Q: How do I access my child's lesson schedule?

A: Log in to the Parent Portal to view all scheduled lessons. Dates and times are also included within your invoice email.

Q: How do I view lesson notes and track my child's progress?

A: Lesson notes are available in the Parent Portal under the Lesson Notes section. Teachers update these after each lesson.

Q: How do I notify you of my child's absence?

A: Email support@totallyradmusic.co.uk with at least 48 hours' notice, including your child's name, lesson time, and reason.
