Click into the MS Project
Select the Project tab
Click Custom Fields
Select a new custom field
Click Rename
Create Custom Fields
Optional: to add Touchplan Role and Location columns to MS Project, enter in the custom field as defined below:

Touchplan_Role | Text |
Touchplan_Location | Text |
7. Select OK
8. Select a blank column in the project
9. Select the new custom fields from the drop down list
