Enforce a Custom Field as 'Required' on Touchplan Tickets

Identify a custom field as required on new and existing tickets in a Touchplan project

To make a custom field required in Touchplan:

  1. Click on the Settings tab

  2. Select Custom Field

  3. Click the desired custom field in the pop-up window

  4. Select the Required custom field option

  5. Click Save

To remove a custom field requirement in Touchplan:

  1. Click on the Settings tab

  2. Select Custom Field

  3. Click the desired custom field in the pop-up window

  4. Unselect the Required custom field option

  5. Click Save
