Export tickets from Touchplan in a Primavera Cloud File:
Click on the three-dot button at the top of the Phase Plan List
Select Export Tickets
Choose the Primavera Cloud Export Format from the drop-down list
Set the filters to the desired start/end date, phase plan, location, role, and external linkage
Select Run Report
Click Download
