To export your project from Primavera P6 in an XER format:
Open the project you want to export in Primavera P6.
Click File in the top-left corner, then select Export.
Under Export Format, choose Primavera PM (XER) 23.12 or later, then click Next.
For Export Type, select Project, then click Next.
Verify that the Export checkbox is selected next to the project you want to export, then click Next.
Choose a location to save the file, enter a file name, and click Finish.
