Collaborate remotely using Touchplan integrations with Zoom Video Communications and Jitsi Meet.
How to run a new meeting from the Touchplan plan view:
Click to open Plan Actions on the top right of the plan view.
Select Open Video Meeting.
Select Peer to Peer (Jitsi) or Zoom.us to host the video.
If Zoom is selected, either share an existing meeting URL or generate a new URL to share for the call by clicking Schedule a New Meeting. Adjust the name and time of the meeting, password, video, and audio in this window.
If Jitsi (Peer-to-Peer) is selected, simply click Start Meeting and adjust the size of the screen by clicking and dragging the top of the box.
Join a Zoom meeting from within Touchplan:
Enter Zoom URL and select Start.
Note: Zoom meeting users will need a Zoom account and password in order to access any meetings.
