Attach images to your tickets in Touchplan to show more information about the activity.
How to Attach Images in Touchplan Mobile
Click into the ticket
Click the paper clip icon to toggle to the attachments
Click on the "+ Photos" button to add a photo from your photo library or take a new photo
How to Attach Images in Touchplan
Click into your ticket
Use the three dots in the upper right-hand corner to select "View Attachments"
Click the "+" icon and select your image from your saved images
You can click on existing images to view them in a larger size (separate tab), add comments, and download or delete images from the ticket.
Notes: All images must be a jpg, jpeg, png, tiff, heic, heif, or webp and the file may not exceed 50mb
