Adding services to your digital guide is one of the best ways to enhance the guest experience and open up new revenue streams. However, if you’ve added your services but they aren’t appearing in the guest guide, don't worry—it is usually a quick fix.
How to Enable and Link Services to Your Properties
To ensure your services are visible to guests, you must complete two distinct steps: Enabling the service and Linking it to the specific property or properties.
Step 1. Enabling the Services
If a service is not enabled, it will not appear in any guide, regardless of property settings.
Navigate to the Services tab in your dashboard. Ensure you are looking at the correct tab for the service you are trying to edit, as a service under the "Outsourced" tab will not appear in the "In-house" list.
Locate the service you wish to activate. Check the Enabled column; if it says "No", the service is currently inactive.
Click the checkbox next to the service (or select multiple services).
Click the Enable button located in the toolbar above the list. The status in the "Enabled" column should now switch to "Yes".
Step 2: Linking Services to Properties
Even if a service is enabled, it will not show up in a guest's guide unless it is explicitly linked to that property.
Find the Properties column in your services list. You will see a number indicating how many properties are currently linked to that service (this may be 0 if it is not linked yet).
Click on the number in the Properties column for the desired service.
A pop-up window will appear. You can either click "Select all" to link the service to every property or manually check the boxes next to specific properties (e.g., "Villa Daphne" or "Elysian Villa").
Click "Apply changes" to finalize the link. You will see a notification confirming the changes have been saved.
