Surprice Car Rentals is a partner car rental service available through Tourmie. By connecting Surprice, you can allow guests to search, compare, and book rental cars directly from your Guest App.

Surprice Car Rentals is a car rental partner that offers a wide network of rental vehicles and pickup locations, with a focus on affordable rates, flexible terms, and customer support.

Add optional extras, such as GPS, child seats, an additional driver, or insurance upgrades.
Book rental cars directly from your Guest App.
Once a guest completes a booking, the reservation is confirmed in real time through Surprice.
Before you start
Before connecting Surprice, keep in mind that:
Enabling the Surprice integration will replace any car rental services you have added in Tourmie, whether in-house or outsourced. Once the integration is active, the Rent a Car section in your Guest App will only display Surprice Car Rentals services.
You earn 5% commission on every car rental booking made by your guests.
Vehicle availability, pricing, pickup locations, and rental terms are managed by Surprice.
Hosts cannot manually change vehicle prices or hide specific cars.
Bookings are confirmed instantly and do not require manual approval.
How to connect Surprice
Log in to your Tourmie account.
Go to Integrations > Services.
Find the Surprice integration.
Click Connect.
Once the connection is complete, the integration is active. Surprice car rentals will automatically become available on your Guest App.
What guests will see
After Surprice is connected, guests will see a car rental search option on your Guest App.
They will be able to enter:
Pickup location
Return location
Pickup date and time
Return date and time
Driver's age
Tourmie will then display the available vehicles provided by Surprice, including vehicle details, prices, included features, and optional extras.
Before confirming the booking, guests will see a clear payment breakdown:
Amount due now: the Tourmie and Host service fee, paid online
Amount due at pickup: the car rental amount, paid directly to Surprice
After submitting the booking, the guest receives a confirmation email with the vehicle details, pickup and return information, selected extras, and payment summary.
Where to view Surprice bookings
All Surprice bookings appear in Bookings > Car Rentals.
From this page, you can view and manage car rental bookings made by your guests.
From the booking details, you can view:
Guest name
Booking dates
Selected vehicle
Pickup and return information
Booking status
Payment details
A cancellation option is also available for confirmed bookings, depending on the cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy
Surprice bookings follow a fixed cancellation policy.
More than 14 days before pickup: the guest receives a full refund of the Tourmie and Host service fee, excluding non-refundable card processing fees.
Within 14 days of pickup: the guest receives a 50% refund of the Tourmie and Host service fee.
The car rental amount paid directly to Surprice at pickup is handled according to Surprice’s own terms and conditions.
Important notes
Prices are live and may change based on availability.
A quoted vehicle price is valid for approximately 20 minutes.
If the booking session expires, the guest may need to search again.
Extras must be selected during the booking process.
After confirmation, changes to the vehicle, dates, or extras cannot be made through Tourmie.
Pickup and return locations can be different, but this may affect the final price.
How to disconnect Surprice
Go to Integrations > Services.
Find the Surprice integration.
Click Manage and then Remove Integration.
Once disconnected, the car rental section will no longer appear on your Guest App.
