Instant Booking: Reservations are confirmed automatically.
On Request: You receive booking requests which you must manually approve or decline.

Settings
Settings
Choose the pricing method of your service.
📌 Note: Selecting a Pricing Method
For transport services, the choice of method directly affects how the guest perceives the cost.
Per Route: Choose charging per route if the price is fixed for a specific itinerary (e.g., Port to Hotel), regardless of the number of passengers or luggage (within the vehicle's limits).
Per Person: Choose charging per person if the cost is determined based on the number of passengers.
Group: Choose charging per group if the price varies based on the size of the group (e.g., one price for 1-4 people and another for 5-8 people with a Minivan).
Distance: Choose charging per distance if the charge is dynamic and results from the mileage distance (e.g., €2/km).
💡 Tip: For transfers, guests prefer the transparency of a fixed price per route. This way, they know exactly what they will pay without the stress of traffic or extra mileage.
Define the number of the minimum passenger needed to fulfill the service.
Define the minimum advance reservation time for the service, e.g. 24 hours.
📌 Note: Minimum advance reservation time
This field defines the time "window" within which a booking is allowed to be made before the service begins. It is essential for ensuring you have the required preparation time.
No minimum time limit: The customer can book even at the last minute (Last-minute). Choose this only if you have immediate vehicle availability 24/7.
12 / 24 / 48 hours before: The booking must be made at least this many hours before the scheduled appointment. This is the safest choice for organizing your schedule.
5 / 7 days before: Ideal for specialized transfers or tours that require special preparation or resource commitment.
💡 Tip: For airport/port transfers, a notice period of 12 or 24 hours is usually ideal, as it gives the customer confidence that their booking has been received and will be processed in time.
Select payment methods (Stripe, Bank Transfer or Cash).
Prices
Prices
Set your price by clicking the 'Add price' button. The fields that appear will be predefined by the billing method you have selected.
Availability Groups
Availability Groups
After setting your price groups, the next step is to define the availability of your service. In the Availability Groups section, follow these steps:
Add Group: Click on the "+ Add group" button. A window will appear where you need to select the availability range (e.g., from January 1st to December 31st). After selecting the dates from the calendar, press "Continue".
Operating Hours: In the next window, choose whether the hours will be the same for all days of the week or different for each day.
Select Days: Check the days of the week (Monday to Sunday) on which the service will be active.
Set Hours & Price:
In the "Available from" field, type the start time (e.g., 00:01) that your service will be available.
In the "Available to" field, type the end time (e.g., 23:59) for your service's availability.
In the "Select price" field, select the price group you defined in the previous step.
Additional Schedules: If the service operates during specific intervals throughout the day (e.g., morning and afternoon with a break in between), you can click "Add working hours" to add more than one operating schedule.
Completion: Once you have completed the settings, click "Apply changes". The availability group will now appear in your list, showing a summary of the date range and the days it covers.
Extra Costs
Extra Costs
The Extra Costs section allows you to configure extra costs, such as baggage handling or adding a baby car seat.
Select Expense: In the Extra Costs field, click on the search box. A list of predefined options will appear, such as insurance, baby car seat, luggage, meal, and tolls.
Display & Collection Settings: * Optional for visitors: Select this if the expense is not mandatory (e.g., the visitor chooses if they want extra luggage).
Online Collection: Select this if you want the payment for this specific expense to be made through the platform during booking.
Set Price & Billing Method:
In the Price € field, type the charge amount.
In the Billing method field, choose whether the charge will be applied:
Per Item: Charge per unit (e.g., per suitcase).
Per Booking: One-time charge for the entire booking (common for insurance or fixed fees).
Add Multiple Expenses: You can add more than one expense to the same service by repeating the process. For example, you can add insurance as well, with a different price and billing method.
Description (Optional): In the "Description" field, you can add clarifications for the specific expense so it is clear to the visitor what is included.
Add Pick-up & destination areas
The “Pick-up and destination areas” section is where you define the geographical scope of your service. Here you determine where a transfer is allowed to start and where it can end.
Add Pick-up Area
The pick-up area is the meeting point with the customer.
In the "Pick-up areas" field, click the button "+ Add pick-up area".
Type in the location (e.g., Athens International Airport).
Select the correct result from the list and click the "+" icon to add it to the table.
Radius: The system automatically defines a distance (e.g., 1,500m). This means that the booking will be valid for any point within this circle.
Add Destination Area (Drop-off)
Here you define the available destinations for your customers.
Scroll down to the "Destination areas" section and click the corresponding add button.
If the destination is an entire city (e.g., Athens), the system will create a large coverage radius (in the video we saw about 13.5 km).
Attention: Anything inside the red circle on the map is considered a valid destination. If you want to restrict the transfer to the center only, you can reduce the value in the "Radius" field.
The integrated map allows you to see exactly what you cover:
Use Ctrl + Scroll to zoom.
The red circles indicate your activity zones.
Make sure that areas do not overlap in a way that causes confusion with your charges.
Media
Add images of the vehicles and transfer Service to give customers a clear view.
Add Images
Select file: Click inside the box with the dashed line ("Drag images to upload or click") to open your computer's search window.
Editing (Crop): After selecting the image (e.g., the Mercedes-Benz vehicle), the "Crop image" tool appears. Adjust the frame so that it focuses properly on the vehicle and press "Apply".
Restrictions: * You can upload up to 15 images per service.
The maximum size for each file must be 8 MB.
The recommended resolution is 2560x1440 with a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Add Video
To give a more vivid picture of the transfer experience, you can add a video link:
Video source: From the dropdown menu, select the platform where your video is uploaded:
YouTube
Vimeo
Video link: Paste the video URL (Link) into the corresponding field.
💡 Tip: Using high-quality photos (both exterior and interior of the vehicle) significantly increases the chances of a booking, as it inspires confidence in the visitor.
Policies & Terms
In this section, you can add your company's policies as well as the service's booking terms, ensuring transparency and properly informing the visitor.
Special Policies
What you can include:
Policy regarding smoking or the consumption of food/drinks inside the vehicle.
