Adding Rounds

Every event or league includes one or more rounds. Rounds are 18 holes of golf or less. Some examples:​

  • 18-hole charity outing: One round needs to be created.

  • 36-Hole Member-Member Tournament: Two rounds need to be created.

  • Five 9-hole Matches (Invitational): 5 rounds need to be created.

To add one or more rounds to an event or league, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to Calendar > Add Rounds.

  2. Select the date of the round(s). If more than one round needs to be added in one day, select the date twice.

  3. Click "Save".

The sequence below shows the process of adding a round on October 20th, and two rounds on October 21st.

Keep in mind that you can only add rounds within one calendar year of the day the event/league was created. Any dates past that time will be greyed out.
