This feature is available for the following products:
As a Customer Manager, all of your events and leagues are accessed from the Customer Center (as shown below).
When you have events and leagues from multiple seasons and event/league types, it becomes important that you properly organize them so that they are distinguishable and easy to find.
To do this, we suggest using categories and seasons for your events and leagues in the Customer Center. We also suggest using the filter and sort functions to find the events and leagues you need.
Organizing by Category:
Every club schedule has events of different types. For instance, your club may have men's events, ladies' events, junior events, and outings. Rather than having a long list of events/leagues in your Customer Center, you can keep them organized by category (as shown below).

Organizing by Season:
Every club has events and leagues separated by seasons. Because of this, it makes sense to keep your events/leagues separated by season in the Customer Center. By doing this, you can easily and quickly view your event/league lists by season.
To keep your events/leagues separated by season, create your seasons and add all of your current events/leagues to their appropriate season. When creating new events, add them to their appropriate season as well.

Viewing Your Events and Leagues in the Customer Center:
When your events and leagues are contained in different categories and seasons, it makes it very easy to find the event/league you are looking for. Using the functions available (shown below), you can keep your events and leagues organized however you'd like.
For instance, you can filter the listed events/leagues by category or season (as shown below).
You can also further filter by upcoming, past, registration type, and Golf Hub pages (as shown below).
To further drill down the organization of your lists, you can also sort the events/leagues within each season and category. For instance, you can sort the events/leagues by name (alpha) or start date (as shown below).
You can also organize your event/league list into two different views. You can organize by List View, which organizes all of the events/leagues on one list (as shown below).
You can also display by Category View, which organizes the events/leagues by category (as shown below).
Also, note that you can search for events/leagues (as shown below).
When searching, only events and leagues within the selected parameters (e.g., season, category) will display in the results. For instance, if you have filtered the list by your 2017 season, results from other seasons will not be displayed.
Archiving and Deleting Events/Leagues:
Archiving or deleting events/leagues is sometimes necessary. With that being said, real events/leagues should never be archived or deleted. Past events/leagues can simply be placed in their appropriate season.
However, sometimes you may have a test (or fake) event. We suggest archiving these types of events. By archiving, they will not be placed in any season, but can still be accessed if needed. Click Here for instructions on archiving.
If you no longer need access to a test event (or you created an event by mistake), you can permanently delete the event. Click Here for instructions.
