Q: When using the Knowledge Base widget to view articles, the widget blocks the page I am working on. How can I open the Knowledge Base article on a new page so it doesn't block my view?
A: Scroll to the bottom of the article and click on the diagonal arrow next to where it says Open in help center. A new window will open in your browser with the article.
