Golf Hub Event Coordinator Upload Access

This feature is available for the following products:

Streamline your event setup process with the Golf Hub Event Coordinator Upload Access. Delegate tasks to event coordinators, such as representatives or sponsors, allowing them to easily upload essential event information directly through an online form (as shown below).

In this article, we will discuss how to establish event coordinators, provide access, and utilized uploaded material.

Invite Your Event Coordinator:

To allow an event coordinator upload access you will need to send them a link where they can create a profile, and then have upload access.

  1. Navigate to Apps > Event Coordinator (as shown below).

  2. Enter the email address of the event coordinator.

  3. Click "Send Upload Form" and an email invitation will be sent to the event coordinator with a link to the upload form.

Event Coordinator's Workflow:

After setting up an event coordinator, they will receive an email with a link, inviting them to collaborate and upload content and basic event information for the Golf Hub Page. The coordinator will need to take this action:

  1. Click the Link.

  2. Click "Sign In With Golf Genius."

  3. If they already have a Golf Genius profile, they can enter their email and password to login. Otherwise, they will need to create an account.

  4. Fill out the form (as shown below).


    When filling out the form, you can:

    1. Enter event description.

    2. Upload, banners, logos, sponsors, flyers and other relevant files. Note: Acceptable photo formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, bmp. Maximum file size: 6MB.

    3. Add notes to manager for your review. Here, event coordinators can provide any additional information or requests for your review, such as specific font preferences or placement instructions for logos.

  5. Check the box to acknowledge the terms of service and privacy policy.

  6. Click "Save" to complete the upload.

The event coordinator can access this page at any time before the event date and edit their submissions.

Manager Review and Approval:

After an event coordinator submits content to the upload form, you will receive an email informing you that the event coordinator has submitted documents. To review and approve the uploads, follow these directions:

  1. Access the Event Coordinator page (as shown below) by taking one of the follow actions:

    1. Click on the link in the email.

    2. Within the event, navigate to Apps > Event Coordinator.

  2. Review and approve or discard each item:

    1. Event Description: Review the event description and take the following action:

      1. Add to my event: Click this option if you want to approve the description and add it to the Golf Hub Page.

      2. Discard description: Click this option to reject the uploaded description.

    2. Notes for manager: While there are no actions that can be taken on the notes for manager, your event coordinator has added a note for your review and action.

    3. Uploaded Files: Reivew the event files and take the following actions:

      1. Download Files:

        1. Click Download All to download all files to your computer.

        2. Click the Download icon on a thumbnail to download a specific file.

      2. Use this Photo as: Assign the photo, if approved, as a Banner, Primary or Secondary Logo, or Sponsor Logo.

      3. Add to my event: Click this option if you want to approve the file and add it to the Golf Hub Page.

      4. Discard photo: Click this option to reject the uploaded file.

  3. Contact the event coordinator to inform them if you rejected any content and what changes they can make to get it approved.

Resending the Upload Form to Event Coordinator:

If you need to resend the event coordinator the form access email, you can follow these directions:

  1. Navigate to Apps > Event Coordinator (as shown below).

  2. Take one of the following actions:

    1. If the email was incorrect, click "Edit email address" to update it.

    2. Click "Re-send email" to send the access link automatically.

    3. If you would like to compose your own email and send the link to the event coordinator, click "Copy to clipboard" to copy the access link and paste it into your own composed email.

Tips for Success:

  • Provide clear and concise instructions to your event coordinators on using the upload form.

  • Review all submissions carefully before adding them to your event.

  • Communicate any necessary changes or feedback to your event coordinators promptly.
