Golf Hub is a set of features in Golf Genius TM to increase awareness and boost participation in your events, leagues, and clinics. Golf Hub provides a modern, streamlined approach, making it easy to promote, display details, and register for upcoming events in one location.

You can easily create Golf Hub Pages (digital flyers) and paper flyers for all your events, leagues, and clinics. Every Golf Hub Page you create can be published to My Hubs (including your Club Hub, a centralized hub for all your events, leagues, and clinics), Golf Genius Hubs, and the Authorized Aggregators Hubs of any organizations your club belongs to (such as Allied Golf Associations (AGAs)). The more hubs your Golf Hub Page appears on, the more views it gets. Golfers viewing your Golf Hub Pages on any hub can share them with friends and family via email and social media. Further, you can offer registration and allow players to submit payments online.

Getting started with Golf Hub is quick. The first step is to set up My Hubs, where you can use the default hubs or create custom hubs:

Use the Event Hub, League Hub, and Clinic Hub to share events, leagues, or clinics specifically. Or filter the Golf Hub Pages displayed on a custom hub by one of the many tags (i.e., event type, gender, age, season, category). Custom hubs work like the default Club Hub but with additional filter options. For example, the Clinic Hub is a great way to showcase all your upcoming clinics without displaying events or leagues. Or you may create a Competitive Hub to display all of your highly competitive gross events.

To edit an existing hub, navigate to Customer Center > Directories & Registration > My Golf Hub, select the action dropdown, and click "Edit." To create a custom hub, click "New Hub" (as shown below).

Setting up a hub involves providing a description, setting course details, and adding a banner and sponsors (if applicable). For more details on the available options when setting up a hub, Click Here.

Your Golf Hub Pages can be published to three types of hubs:

You can choose which of these hubs list your Golf Hub Pages from the Customer Center My Golf Hub Dashboard or when publishing a Golf Hub Page.

Banners, Sponsors, and Schedules are a collection of discretionary content that can be uploaded and created to assist in populating your hubs and Golf Hub Pages. These options help populate your hubs and Pages, create a unique look, and provide additional details for golfers visiting your hubs and Pages. The My Golf Hub Settings enable you to define default settings that impact all newly created Golf Hub Pages. For more details, Click Here.

As you create and publish your Golf Hub Pages, they will automatically populate into the proper hub in My Hubs based on whether you set it up as an event, an event assigned as a clinic, or a league. The Pages will also be further filtered into custom hubs based on the available tags (i.e., season, category, gender, age, type) (as shown below). For example, a published League Golf Hub Page will populate the primary Club Hub and League Hub and could populate custom hubs based on an assigned tag.

To set up Golf Hub Pages, create a new event/league or edit an existing one as you normally would. Within the event/league, navigate to Apps > Create Golf Hub Page (as shown below).

Fill in the details for the Golf Hub Page with a description, schedule of events, sponsor logos, specific banners, and more. Then save and publish the page. How you save and publish depends on your Golf Genius TM product:

Streamline your event setup process with the Golf Hub Event Coordinator Upload Access. Delegate tasks to event coordinators, such as representatives or sponsors, allowing them to easily upload essential event information directly through an online form (as shown below).

You can offer registration with or without payment when using your Golf Hub Page. When using Golf Hub registration, you can capture the following golfer details:

To enable Golf Hub registration, within the event/league navigate to Apps > Add Registration (as shown below).

Note: For TM Club, you're taken to registration setup automatically after you click "Save & Continue" on the Golf Hub Page.

Golf Hub Flyers is a robust design editor. This intuitive editing tool allows you to create captivating marketing materials for your events/leagues. Build from scratch or utilize a template to capture your reader's attention, turning them into registered players in a few simple steps (as shown below).

Club offerings can often be scattered—golfers typically have to visit Golf Genius Hubs for tournament information, Coach Now for lessons, and Operation 36 for programs, leading to a fragmented experience. Facilities can simplify this using the existing integration that allows you to display direct links to both your Coach Now Lesson Booking Calendars and Operation 36 Event Calendars right on your hubs and on Golf Genius Hubs. This transforms your hubs into a single, centralized location, making the golfer's journey easy and driving more traffic to all your instruction and development programs.

You can view the registration activity from the Golf Registration Log within the Roster Activity Log. Navigate to Event/League > Roster Activity Log. This log tracks activity for that specific event/league.

If you want to review paid registration activity and add-ons, check the Registration Report by navigating to Apps > Registration Report. For more details on viewing the registration report for Golf Hub Pages, Click Here. Note: The Registration Report will not be available until someone registers using paid registration.

After you have set up your hubs and published Golf Hub Pages, you can view a hub by navigating to Customer Center > Directories & Registration > My Golf Hub and clicking "Copy to Clipboard" for that hub (as shown below). Paste that link into a web browser to view the hub.

Each hub has its own dedicated Hub Link. Paste that link into any browser, and you will be directed to that hub.

If you need to edit a hub for any reason, you can do so anytime by navigating to Customer Center > Directories & Registration > My Golf Hub and clicking the action menu option "Edit." Make the edits and click "Save." The update will immediately propagate to the live web page.
