This feature is only available with the following products:
This feature is available to Clubessential Customers that use online Special Event Tee Sheets. The tee sheet (pairings) can be created in our system and "pushed" to a Special Event Tee Sheet in CE, which may also be connected to a POS system.
(Note: For instructions on importing a tee sheet from Clubessential, Click Here instead.)
To enable this integration feature, contact our support team.
After enabling, 3 steps need to be taken before pushing the pairings
Create Special Events in CE
Connecting Rounds
Connecting Courses.
Creating Special Events in CE:
Before connecting rounds, Special Events need to be created in CE. Remember that you are pushing players and pairings to CE so you need to block the tee sheet (as shown below) and not allow players to register for the Special Event through CE.
Connecting Rounds to CE Special Events:
Next, you need to connect the round(s) to a CE Special Event. To do this, follow these instructions:
Go to the desired event/league.
Go to Calendar > Connect Rounds to Clubessential Calendar.
The round(s) within that event/league will be listed. On the right, link each round with a Clubessential event. (Note: If there is no event in Clubessential on the date of the round, there will be nothing to select. )
Click "Save".
Connecting Courses:
Another step that needs to be done before pushing pairings is connecting your course(s) from CE to our system. To do this, go to Event/League > Course Details and edit your course(s). In the "Clubessential Courses" dropdown menu, "match" the corresponding courses (as shown below) and click "Save".
Pushing the Pairings to Clubessential:
Pairings cannot exist in CE without tee times. Because of this, pairings cannot be pushed unless tee times are set for the round. After setting tee times, you can then push the pairings to CE.
To push pairings, go to Rounds > Push Pairings to Clubessential. The pairings will then be pushed to the CE Special Events tee sheet. While on the "Edit Existing Pairings' page you will notice there is a summary of when the last transfer was made for this round (as shown below).
(Note: Swapping players, changing tee times, and removing player will be recognized in the CE tee sheet when syncing. However, if you remove an entire pairing group from our system, it will not be recognized in the CE tee sheet during the sync. You will also have to remove the pairing group in CE).
If you have many rounds pushing pairings to CE throughout the season, you can get an "overall view" of everything by going to Customer Center > Customer Settings > Integrations > Pairings Push (as shown below).
To see the importing activity for a specific event/league, go to the Activity Log for that event/league.
