Roster Activity Log

Activity Logs allow you to view what actions are taken and who took them.

In this article, we will discuss the available Activity Logs.

Roster Activity Logs:

There are two different Roster Activity Logs available:

  • Roster Activity Log in the Customer Center: This can be found by going to Customer Center > Directories & Registration > Roster Activity Log. This log will track Master Roster Registration activity and Membership Programs activity, more typically used by golf associations. It will also track Handicap Index activity in the Master Roster (e.g., Handicap Index changes)

  • Roster Activity Log for an Event/League: This can be found by going to Event/League > Roster Activity Log. This log will track activity for that specific event/league.

When viewing the Activity Log for an event/league, There will be tabs based on the features and location of the activity log:

  1. Golfer Registration Log

  2. Lottery Log (Feature Enablement Only)

  3. Calendar Log (Event/League only)

  4. Handicap Index Management

  5. Attempted Registration Log (Event/League only)

  6. Membership Program Log (Customer Center only)

  7. Customer Center Log (Customer Center only)

  8. Team Matches (Customer Center only)

  9. Edit Key Settings (Feature Enablement Only)

  10. HubSpot Log (Event/League only)

By default, All log entries will be displayed, but you can further filter what is displayed in the dropdown menu at the top. If a log entry is specific to a player then that player's name will be listed in the "Player" column.​

Below are the instances when an entry is made into the Activity Log:

  • Golfer Registration Log

    • Manager updates golfer profile in event/league roster.

    • Manager deletes player from roster.

    • Manager opens or closes registration.

    • Registration Payment is received or skipped using our Payment System.

    • Import Event Roster from Clubessential.

    • Pulling pairings from Clubessential Tee Sheet.

    • Master Roster Sync.

    • Generalized Master Roster Sync.

    • Golfers Merged.

  • Calendar Log

    • Manager Created Event/League/Trip/Etc.

    • Manager Cloned Event/League/Trip/Etc.

    • Manager Adds Round.

    • Manager Removes Round.

    • Manager Updates Round Profile.

  • Handicap Index Management Log

    • Manager changes an individual player's Handicap Index in player roster.

    • Manager updates Handicap Indexes via Handicap Index service (e.g., GHIN and GolfNet).

    • Manager pushes Handicap Indexes from master roster to event/league.

    • Automatic updates via Handicap Index service.

    • Scheduled updates via Handicap Index service.

    • Daily updates via Handicap Index service.

  • Golfer Attempted Registration Log

    • Player Completed Player Information Step but did not complete registration.

    • Player reached payment page but did not complete registration.

    • Changes to incomplete registrations:

      • Swap Players.

      • Cancel Player Registration.

      • Restore Player Registration.

Player Activity Logs:

You can also view the activity log for specific players in their Master Roster Player Profile (as shown below).​​

To access a player's roster profile in the Master Roster, go to Customer Center > Master Roster > View Master Roster, select the player, and view the "Activity Logs" tab.
