We changed seasons, and our event/league does not show in the Golf Genius App when signing in with email/password?

Q: We are in the process of changing seasons, and we have a few events/leagues that disappeared from the Golf Genius App for golfers who sign in using email and password. Why did they disappear, and how can I get them to show up again?

A: Only events assigned to the active season show in the Golf Genius app for golfers who sign in using email and password. If you have events/leagues active over multiple seasons, update that event/league to the new season, so they can continue to show in the Golf Genius app. To edit an event/league season, follow these directions:

  1. In the Customer Center, search for your event.

  2. Click the "Actions" dropdown and select "Change Season" (as shown below)

  3. Select the current season.

  4. Click "Save."

Once saved, the event will continue to be accessible in the Golf Genius app for those golfers who sign in using their email and password. Once the event/league is no longer active, you can use these same directions to assign it back to the prior season, thus removing it from the Golf Genius app.
