Player Showing up in Red on my Roster

Q: There is a player showing up in Red on my round roster. Why is that?

​A: If one of your players is highlighted in red on your Round Roster, that means the email of that player is bouncing. Contact the player to ensure the email address is correct. If the address is incorrect, update it in the event/league roster. If the address is correct, have that player reach out to their email provider to ensure they are not blocking the emails for norely@golfgenius.com or donotrely@golfgenius.com.
