Can I email the Cart Signs report?

This feature is available for the following products:

Q: I need to email the club our cart signs. How can I do that?

A: From the Report Center, you can email the system "Cart Signs" report. Follow these directions:

  1. Go to Rounds > Report Center.

  2. Search "cart signs."

  3. Hover your mouse over the "Cart Signs" report in the "Basic Reports' section.

  4. Click "Email" (as shown below).

  5. Define the following:

    1. Send Cart Signs to: Select who you want to send the cart signs to.

      • All Golfers: All golfers in the event/league roster.

      • Confirmed Golfers: Golfers confirmed for this round.

      • Specific Golfers: Select the specific golfers that you would like to add to the recipient list. Players that cannot be selected either do not have an email address or have unsubscribed from the emails.

      • None: No golfers from the event/league roster will get an email.

      • BCC Managers: If you want to email other league/event managers, check the box next to their name.

    2. Other Emails (comma separated): Enter another email if you would like to send the email to an address other than the one in the roster.

    3. Subject: The subject of the email.

    4. Attachments: How would you like the report sent? You will have the following options:

      1. Include report as a link: The email will include a link to the report on the portal.

      2. Include report as attachment: A PDF of the report will be included in the email.

      3. Include report as both link and attachment: The email will include a link to the portal and a report PDF.

      4. Do not include report: No link or pdf will be provided of the report in the email.

    5. Message: Include a message to your players.

  6. Review the message.

  7. Click "Send."
