Compliance Requirements for Posting Hole-by-Hole Scores:
Posting hole-by-hole scores can be done when the following conditions are met:
Player's GolfNet/Golf Canada number and Last Name must be in the Event/League Roster. If you imported players from GolfNet/Golf Canada, then that necessary step is complete. If the players in the event or league came from your master roster, make sure all the players have their correct GolfNet/Golf Canada number and Last Name in the master roster.
Imported course from Score Centre and must be compliant with the Score Centre database. For more details about verifying your course, Click Here.
Hole-by-hole scores are entered for each hole played.
The option to post scores is enabled in the Event/League Profile. Go to League/Event > Event/League Profile > Handicap Settings. Make sure "Post Scores to GolfNet/Golf Canada" is selected (as shown below). Now you are ready to start posting scores.

Posting Scores:
To post round scores, follow these instructions:
Go to Rounds > Post Scores to GolfNet/Golf Canada. Remember that hole-by-hole scores need to be entered to compute and post Adjusted Gross Scores.
Select who you'd like to post scores for. Use the check box on the left to select the players or click "Check All". You can also filter players by custom field.
Select the score type (e.g., home, away, etc).
Click "Post Scores."
After posting scores, there is a Status column on the right that will identify if each player's score was successfully or unsuccessfully posted. If it was unsuccessful, you can hover over the red icon for the reasoning behind the failed posting.

To view and print the full posting report, go to Rounds > See Posting Results. A summary will highlight when the scores were posted as well as the number of successful and failed posts (as shown below).

To print a PDF posting report, click "Print Full Report".
