This feature is available for the following products:

GOLF Link is the primary handicap service provider in Australia. Golf clubs in Australia that use GOLF Link can set up the handicap integration to:

In order to utilize these functions, the integration must first be set up.

Setting Up the GOLF Link Integration:

The following steps need to be completed to set up the integration.

  1. Go to Customer Center > Customer Settings > Default Settings > Handicap Settings. (Note: If you already have events/leagues created that need the integration go to League/Event > League/Event Profile > Handicap Settings for each event/league).

Select "GOLF Link" to both retrieve and post scores. Enter your Club ID and DES Key (provided by GOLF Link). If you need to split batches into AM and PM Batches for PCC linking purposes, select that option. If selected, you will be asked to select the cutover time that will define whether a score is AM or PM, depending on their tee time.

  2. The next step is to add the necessary course information. Go to Customer Center > Customer Settings > Course Details. Click on the "Actions" dropdown and select "Edit GOLF Link Credentials" for your course.

Enter your GOLF Link Club Number as well as the GOLF Link Course Number for all of your tees. This information is provided to you by GOLF Link.

  3. The last step to completing the integration is to enter the GOLF Link # for your players. We suggest doing this via spreadsheet upload. If you have not loaded a master roster yet, Click Here for instructions (Make sure to have a column in the spreadsheet with the GOLF Link #). If you have already loaded a master roster, Click Here for instructions. If updating, simply add a new column in the spreadsheet with the GOLF Link # and upload it back to the master roster.

Once the integration is setup and enabled, customers can now retrieve and update handicaps and post scores to GOLF Link.
