This feature is available for the following products
β
This portal page displays the tee sheets for all of the rounds in an event or league (as shown below).
To show the pairing on the tee sheets portal page, you must enable the pairing to be displayed on the portal. To do this, within the event/league, go to Rounds > Show Pairings in the League Portal and enable to toggle to "Yes" (as shown below). If this toggle is not enabled, only the alpha list will show on this page.
β
If the event or league has multiple rounds, you can navigate round-to-round to see pairings by clicking the dropdown at the top. You can also view the tee sheet by pairing group or tee time.
When editing the tee sheet page, there will be many viewing options available to you (as shown below).
β
Select Round: When navigating to this page, which round's tee sheet should be displayed first.
Allow Golfers to Change Round: If there are multiple rounds, do you want to allow golfers to navigate from round to round on this page? Or do you want to strictly display one round.
Include Player Index: If checked, each player's Handicap Index will list next to their name.
Include Blinds: If any blinds are used in the pairings, would you like those displayed or hidden?
Include Full Player Playing Handicap: Display 100% of each player's Playing handicap
Include Player Course Handicap: Include a certain allowance % of a Course Handicap instead of 100%.
Include Divisions: If divisions are used for the round, list the division(s) for each player
Include Flights: If flights are used for the round, list the flight for each player
Include Cumulative Scores?: Select the multi-round tournaments to display.
Custom Field: List a custom field next to each player's name (eg division, shirt size).
Default Mode: You can view the tee sheet by tee time or alpha list. This is always an option for the viewer, but which view should be the default when visiting the page?
Group Tee Time: If you have golfers starting on hole #1 and 10, this option is useful. This will separate rows for each tee time, keeping hole #1 on the left column and hole #10 on the right column.
Display Specific Courses: In cases where multiple courses are used, do you want to only display the tee times for one of the courses? By doing this, you could have a separate tee sheet page for both courses.
Show Tee Abbreviations: Prints all tee abbreviations on the tee sheet including the primary tee. Note: If there are missing tee abbreviations on the Tee Sheet, please add them into the Course Details for the course(s) being used.
