Q: When visiting an event portal, I would like players to be able to contact only certain Customer Managers if they have any questions. How can I change the Customer Managers listed in the Help popup on a portal?
A: Follow these instructions:
Hover over any section.
Select "General Portal Settings".
Select the Support Managers (as shown below).
Save the settings.
Only the selected Customer Managers will be listed (and available to email) in the help popup (as shown below).
