Q: I have a player who earned points for a team in a match, but the points are not going to the team. What is wrong?

βA: If a player on a team has earned points/purse for a match, but the points/purse is not going to the team, the reason is most likely because the player is not on the team list.

Here is an example shown below:
The leaderboard above shows the results of singles matches for a league using two-person teams. Notice how Alyssa Rosend is not in parentheses. This means that she has not been assigned to a team. She may be in the pairings properly, but she also must be assigned to a team on the team list. Placing her in the pairings will not automatically assign her to the team.
She shows up on the leaderboard and earns points, but when looking at the team point summary, those points never went to the team she was subbing for (Sayre/Berry).
To resolve this issue, go to Rounds > Round Divisions/Flights/Teams > Manage Team Lists > Manage Teams. Select the option to "Manage Subs" for the team that is missing a player.
