Why is my Golf Hub Page missing from My Hubs?

Updated over a week ago

Q: My Golf Hub Page for my event/league is not being displayed on My Hubs or the Global Hubs. Why is that?

A: If your Golf Hub is missing from your Hubs or Global Hubs, it is usually due to naming conventions, publishing status, or specific filter settings. Please review the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check for "Test" in the Title: To prevent internal testing from cluttering public feeds, any page with the word "Test" in the event name will be hidden automatically. Remove "Test" from the title to make it visible. For more details about editing your Golf Hub Pages, Click Here.

  • Confirm the Page is Published: Golf Hubs must be explicitly published to appear in any Hub list. If the page is still in "Draft" mode, it will remain hidden. For details on publishing your Golf Hub Pages, Click Here.

  • Check Hub Filters: If a page shows up in one Hub but not another, check the destination Hub's filters. For example, if your Hub is set to only display "Clinics," your "League" page will not appear there.

  • Verify Regional/Global Visibility: When publishing, ensure you have selected the correct visibility settings. You may have enabled it for "My Hubs" but not for "Global Hubs." For details on publishing your Golf Hub Pages, Click Here.
